Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Mallow, provided by Mallow Labs Limited. By creating an account or using Mallow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mallow. Mallow includes features involving intimacy records, period tracking, relationship sharing, private communications and subscription purchases, and is not intended for children or younger teens.

3. About Mallow

Mallow is a personal and shared life-management app. It may include to-dos, countdowns, shared calendar, travel planning, transaction records, period tracking, intimacy records and NVC-based communication tools.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. You should not share your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Connected person features

Mallow allows you to connect with one other person. Some features may allow sharing of tasks, calendar events, plans, transaction records, period information, intimacy records or communication-related content. You are responsible for choosing what to share. Either person may disconnect the relationship.

6. Sensitive content

You should only enter information you are comfortable storing in Mallow. Mallow is not a medical, legal, financial, therapy or relationship-counseling service. Period predictions, AI outputs, NVC rewrites and other suggestions are for personal organization and reflection only.

7. AI output

Mallow may provide AI-assisted travel plans, checklists, journals or NVC-style message rewrites using Google Gemini 3. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them, saving them or sending them to another person.

8. No advertising-based business model

Mallow is supported by subscriptions. We do not sell your personal data, use your private content to build advertising profiles or use your private content to train AI models.

9. Subscriptions

Mallow Plus may unlock additional features, higher AI limits, more spaces, private sharing, templates and access for one connected person. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds and payment methods are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Mallow cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.

10. One connected person included

One active Mallow Plus subscription may allow both people in a connection to use Plus features. Subscription payment details remain private to the subscriber. Mallow may show whether a connection has Plus access, but does not show another person's payment details.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use Mallow to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, violate privacy, upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account or interfere with the service.

12. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account. Deleting your Mallow account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing or dispute purposes.

13. Changes

We may update, add, remove or modify features. We will provide notice where required for material changes to these Terms or the service.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region require otherwise. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at privacy@mallowlabs.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. Unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or Mallow will be subject to the courts of Hong Kong.
