Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Mallow is operated by Mallow Labs Limited. Mallow helps people organize personal routines and shared life moments through to-dos, countdowns, shared calendar, travel planning, transaction records, period tracking, intimacy records and NVC-based communication tools. Our mission is to help people care for themselves and their closest relationships with privacy, clarity and trust.

2. Our business model

Mallow is a subscription-supported product. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with data brokers. We do not use your private content for advertising. We do not use your private records, messages, period data, intimacy records, financial records, travel plans or relationship content to train AI models.

3. Information we collect

We may process account information, profile settings, relationship connection status, to-dos, countdowns, shared calendar events, travel plans, transaction records, period tracking data, intimacy records, NVC communication content, AI prompts and outputs, notification settings, subscription entitlement status, device information, support messages and privacy requests.

4. Sensitive data

Some Mallow features may involve sensitive personal data, including menstrual-cycle information, sexual-life or intimacy records, financial records, relationship notes and private communications. We process this information only to provide the features you choose to use, keep your account secure, sync your data and apply your sharing settings.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain Mallow, sync your data, enable optional sharing with your connected person, provide notifications, process subscription entitlements, generate AI-assisted outputs you request, respond to support and privacy requests, protect the service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

6. Connected person sharing

Your account remains separate from your connected person's account. Private records are not shared unless a feature is designed for sharing and you choose to enable it. We do not show your subscription payment details, private account settings or unshared personal records to your connected person.

7. AI features

Mallow may use Google Gemini 3 to support features such as AI travel planning, itinerary generation, checklist creation, journaling support and NVC-style message rewriting. When you use an AI feature, the information you submit may be processed to generate the requested output. We do not use your private content to train Mallow-owned or third-party AI models.

8. Service providers

We use Supabase for data hosting and infrastructure. We may also use providers for authentication, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, AI processing, customer support and security. These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to Mallow.

9. Subscriptions

Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Mallow may receive subscription status, product type, renewal state and entitlement information, but we do not receive your full payment card details.

10. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active, unless you delete specific records or request account deletion. We may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, billing records, dispute resolution or service integrity. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a portable copy of your personal data. You may submit requests through Privacy Requests or by contacting privacy@mallowlabs.ai. We may verify your identity before responding. We will not provide another person's private data to you.

12. International availability

Mallow is not currently directed to users in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If we later make Mallow available in those regions, we will update our privacy disclosures and legal bases as required.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. Because Mallow may contain sensitive information, you should also protect your device, passcode and account credentials.
