Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your mallow.ai account and associated personal information by contacting Mallow Labs Limited.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@mallowlabs.ai from the email address associated with your mallow.ai account. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the account email you want deleted.

What we delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify account information and user content associated with the account, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with law, prevent abuse, maintain security logs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or keep transaction records. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Processing time

We aim to respond to account deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some deletion steps may take additional time because of backups, security logs, third-party systems, or legal retention requirements.
